Yes. With Payments & Billing or Complete, you connect your own payment account (Stripe at launch) and client payments go directly to you. MorrisDesk charges your subscription, and never holds or touches your clients' money.
No. Complete is light bookkeeping: automatic income records from collected payments, manual income and expense entries, receipt attachments, a simple profit and loss summary, client balances, and an accountant CSV export. It is not full accounting software, and we do not claim it replaces one.
You can cancel at any time directly within your workspace settings. Your account remains active through the end of your current paid billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees. Please consult our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
There is no permanent free business plan. Every workspace starts with the 30-day free trial with no credit card required. MorrisDesk Family, our private household workspace, has its own plans that will be published as part of the Family rollout.
No. MorrisDesk does not currently include general document storage in any plan. Your application data such as contacts, tasks, appointments, notes, charges and records is stored securely so the product works. You can download or export your supported data anytime.
