Questions

Frequently asked questions

What makes MorrisDesk different from a large CRM?

MorrisDesk is deliberately focused on the people, tasks, appointments and payments that need your attention. It is designed for small businesses, consultants, brokers, professionals, synagogues and organizations that want clarity without spending weeks configuring a large platform.

Does MorrisDesk include lead tracking?

MorrisDesk Core lets you add or import contacts, assign owners, track follow-ups and set the next action. Native lead generation and lead-selling services are not part of the product, and an optional sales pipeline module may return later.

Does MorrisDesk generate or sell leads?

No. MorrisDesk does not generate, sell or broker leads. It helps you follow up on the relationships you already have.

What do the plans include?

Core is $9.95 per month: contacts, notes, tasks and follow-ups with recurrence, appointments and reminders, the My Day home screen, search, printing and exports, with 2 users included. Payments & Billing is $19.95 per month and adds client charges, recurring billing, installment plans, invoices, receipts and billing reports. Complete is $29.95 per month and adds light bookkeeping with income and expense tracking, a simple profit and loss summary, client balances and an accountant export. Additional users on any plan are $4.95 per month each.

How do additional users work?

Every plan includes 2 users. Each additional active user is $4.95 per month. There are no contracts. You can cancel anytime subject to the Terms.

How does the 30-day no-card trial work?

The trial lasts 30 days and requires no credit card to begin. You are not charged during the trial, and you choose your plan when you are ready.

What is MorrisDesk Family?

MorrisDesk Family is a private household workspace for tasks, appointments, shopping lists and notes. Family data stays strictly separate from business workspaces. Family plan details will be published separately as part of the Family rollout.

Is there a free plan?

There is no permanent free business plan. Every workspace starts with the 30-day free trial, no credit card required, and you choose Core, Payments & Billing, or Complete when you are ready.

Who is MorrisDesk built for?

Small businesses, consultants, brokers, professionals, synagogues and organizations of many kinds. If your work is about staying on top of people, tasks, appointments and getting paid, MorrisDesk fits.

How does MorrisDesk keep workspace data secure and separated?

Every workspace is strictly separated, and membership is verified on the server for every request. One account can belong to multiple workspaces, but members of one workspace can never see or reach the records of another workspace.

Does MorrisDesk connect to Google or Outlook calendars?

Yes. Each user can connect their own Google or Microsoft calendar, and appointments sync both ways. Every user connects their own account, so private calendar data is never shared through a shared company connection.
